HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital screens all visitors and restricts visitation as needed to protect the health of patients and caregivers.
Sổ kết quả xổ sốEffective Wednesday, November 25, 2020, HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital will close our facilities to visitors. While we understand the hardship on our patients and their families, we make this decision out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our patients and our caregivers as COVID-positive rates continue to grow in our region.
Sổ kết quả xổ sốWe will continue to screen every patient who enters the hospital for symptoms of possible COVID-19 infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, chills, myalgia, or new onset of loss of taste or smell). Patients will also be asked travel questions in accordance with the Massachusetts COVID-19 Travel Order.
Anyone entering the hospital is required to perform hand hygiene and wear a mask or face covering at all times.
Bandanas and neck gaiters are not permissible replacements for face masks.
A mask will be provided if a patient arrives with a bandana or neck gaiter.
For purposes of this guidance, parents of patients who are under the age of 18 years old, attorneys of patients and companions for patients with intellectual and/or physical disabilities are not considered visitors but must be screened when entering the hospital.
Sổ kết quả xổ sốHealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital will restrict any non-essential personnel, such as sales vendors, who do not provide direct care from entering the facility.
Comfort Measures Only (CMO) Patients:
End-of-life visits for both COVID-positive and COVID-negative patients will be limited to 30 minutes, with a maximum of 2 visitors, for a one-time visit. Visitors will be required to wear additional personal protective equipment provided by the hospital.
One support person will be allowed. Support person cannot leave the hospital and return.
HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital will continue to support alternative electronic methods for communication between patients and all other visitors, such as Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Google Duo.
